This role involves enhancing service visibility through tailored communication, managing content release schedules, and maintaining precision and consistency in published materials. Responsibilities also include advising stakeholders on the best communication tools and promoting agency-wide information sharing and productivity. Qualifications require experience in facilitation, training, methodology development, process engineering across acquisition phases, and expertise in change management, business methods, organizational development, and data modeling. Strong writing and customer service skills are essential, and proficiency in marketing is a valuable asset.

Duties

  • Enhance service visibility through personalized communication
  • Strategically schedule and oversee article and announcement releases while facilitating publication
  • Conduct thorough reviews of assigned artifacts for style, accuracy, and consistency
  • Assist stakeholders in selecting the most effective communication tools for efficient messaging across the agency
  • Promote information sharing and productivity among leadership, project teams, and the workforce by assigning informative articles, organizing brownbag sessions, and delivering service-related announcements.

Qualifications

Required education and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, education, or related field/discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Twelve (12) years’ experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Experience should encompass a range of skills, including facilitating, training, developing and evaluating methodologies, process engineering throughout all acquisition phases with a focus on best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, as well as information system development methods and practices.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and thrive in a public-facing role
  • Marketing skills helpful
