Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Overview

We’re partnering with a growing, forward-thinking manufacturing company in the Sioux Falls market to add a Manufacturing Process Engineer to their team. This is a high-impact role focused on improving production efficiency, driving process consistency, and supporting ongoing growth across the operation.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, continuous improvement, and working closely with both production and engineering teams to make a measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support engineering initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Develop, execute, and analyze trials for new materials and process improvements
  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation
  • Drive process consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across production lines
  • Qualify new materials and update product specifications as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and leadership
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications
