Chase Doors, located in Redmond, Oregon, is a door manufacturing companylooking for an experienced Process Engineer. This position is responsible for,but not limited to; implementation and execution of Kaizen activity, analysisof data to determine areas of improvement or risk and developing andmaintaining tools and procedures for capturing continuous improvement activity.Critical thinking, problem solving skills and high mechanical aptitude are amust.  

Dutiesof the Process Engineer include:

  • Owns Kaizen implementation and execution
  • Owns Process Documentation and Oversight
  • Oversees and Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and impact of changes implemented
  • Develop and Maintain record keeping tools and processes for reporting all continuous improvement activity
  • Conducts Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
