Title:Agent Developer (Multi-Agent & Automation)
Location: US - Remote / Hybrid (multiple locations)

CGIT is hiring AI Agent Developers to design multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow automation across enterprise tools and platforms for our clients.

What you'll do

  • Design multi-agent architectures: clear agent roles, coordination, hand-offs, and escalation

  • Implement tool/function calling and connect agents to enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS) and internal APIs

  • Build agent memory, state, and session management

  • Orchestrate agents using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel

  • Handle auth and access (OAuth/SSO, RBAC); deploy, monitor, and harden in production

Must have

  • Strong Python
