Producers Midstream Management LLC is a private equity back midstream service provider based in Dallas, TX.
Producers Midstream is seeking a Process Engineer for our corporate office in Dallas.

Position Summary
The Process Engineer will work as a member of the engineering team, providing technical and operational support for midstream oil and gas facilities, including natural gas processing, compression, and associated infrastructure. This role supports the engineering team in process optimization, troubleshooting, safe operation, and continuous improvement of midstream assets.
The position is based in Dallas, Texas, is not remote, and requires up to 25% travel to company plant operations located in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work on the engineering team, providing day-to-day process engineering support for midstream operations.
  • Participates in initial engineering design on field and plant projects.
  • Participate in all control Narrative, Station Design Reviews, and meetings.
  • Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data, reports, and trends.
  • Assist with the development of new procedures or modifications of existing procedures and providing results, opinions, or recommendations.
  • Make independent decisions in planning, organizing, and completing technical assignments.
  • Manage minor construction projects for engineering and operations
  • Provide technical support.
  • Participate in process safety activities.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and EHS, to support safe and efficient facility operation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to midstream operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred; Mechanical or related engineering disciplines acceptable).
  • 5 years of professional oil and gas industry experience with a background in operations or project management.
  • Strong understanding of P amp;IDs, Cause amp; effects, Fluid Dynamics, Thermodynamics, Dehydration Systems, Natural Gas Compression, Refrigeration, and Cryogenics controls, Pipeline, and Pipeline pigging operations.
Skills:
  • Experience with BR amp;E Promax or similar process simulation software preferred.
  • Experience with process, pipelines, and pigging operations.
  • Experience with Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature, and Gas Chromatograph Instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Work, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage minor construction projects from scope conception through project execution.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
