Project Manager & Process Engineer - Customer Operations

We are seeking a highly driven **Project Manager - Customer Operations** to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on **process optimization, efficiency, and operational excellence**. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance both customer and internal experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging data, stakeholder collaboration, and structured methodologies to deliver measurable business impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer Operations projects from scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review, defining goals, timelines, resources, and success metrics
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
  • Map current-state workflows and design future-state processes using process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency gains and remove friction from customer-facing and internal operations
  • Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and simplify workflows for improved speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across systems, workflows, and vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting on savings and return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Operations, or Process Improvement
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP and Salesforce) and sales processes
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
