Overview:This role will be reported to the Process Engineering Operation Manager. The primary role of Process Engineer is participation in developing operation and performance standards. Development and ongoing implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment that best utilize available labor, materials, and production time for manufacturing operations. Focus on safety throughout the facility while being consistent with process operations, methods and efficiencies. The main duties include implementing, supporting, and monitoring the processes, updating current methods, and conducting risk assessments. Under limited supervision, this roll will manage the documentation, design where applicable and support the correct execution of the manufacturing processes related with large parts and assemblies from composite materials.Our poles are engineered for superior performance in the most demanding environments, providing utilities with a durable, low-maintenance, and sustainable solution for a more resilient grid.
