Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystems. This role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support critical organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform development, systems integration, and enterprise application development while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

·         Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, business process flows, business rules, workflows, and security roles.

·         Develop custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Power Platform components.

·         Build, maintain, and enhance Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

·         Design and automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.

·         Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

·         Create custom plugins, workflow extensions, web resources, and custom APIs.

·         Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security models, business rules, and data validation.

·         Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph.

·         Participate in application architecture, solution design, technical planning, and code reviews.

·         Support data migration, data conversion, and enterprise system integration initiatives.

·         Configure and maintain Development, Test, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

·         Manage application deployments using Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.

·         Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing production support.

·         Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system architecture documentation.

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

·         Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·         Ensure applications comply with organizational security, accessibility, and development standards.

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·         5+ years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

·         3+ years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.

·         Experience configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

·         Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, extensions, and web resources.

·         Strong experience building Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps with Microsoft Power Apps.

·         Experience developing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

·         Experience designing Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

·         Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

·         Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.

·         Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph.

·         Experience with Microsoft Dataverse configuration, security models, and data management.

·         Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
