Maintenance College Co-Op

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Maintenance Team, the co-op will gain hands-on experience supporting preventative and predictive maintenance activities within an automotive manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to learn directly from the Maintenance Coordinator while developing knowledge of preventative maintenance systems, equipment reliability processes, and audit procedures. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and is interested in building real-world experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Description:

  • Assists Maintenance department with general clerical activities associated with PM tracking.
  • Types reports, business correspondence, forms, and inputs PM data.
  • Files reports and records.
  • Posts information to records.
  • Assists people at service window.
  • Assists supervisors with special tasks as required.
  • Conducts audits of PM records and creates reports and graphics.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree fulltime in an Engineering related field.
  • Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week year-round.
  • Graduation date of May 2028 or later.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
