  • Support and execute process validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and process performance.
  • Develop and execute engineering project plans and schedules, managing multiple assignments and ensuring timely completion of project activities.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, recommend process improvements, and provide technical guidance and training.

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical requirements.
  • Experience with manufacturing process improvement, process development, and/or process validation in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, forging, casting, heat treating, bonding, molding, cleaning, and finishing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to use quality and statistical tools to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
