Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform clerical and operational tasks to support the Logistics Coordinator and Director of Internal Operations.
- Assist in pulling inventory and returning equipment in designated team storage areas.
- Assist in receiving incoming hardware shipments and verify contents.
- Help prepare, package, and label equipment for shipment to clients and internal staff.
- Update inventory and ticketing systems to maintain accurate asset records.
- Apply asset tags to new equipment and ensure proper documentation.
- Helps to reset and prepare returned computers for redeployment or e-cycle.
- Assist with the identification, organization, and processing of retired equipment for e-cycling in accordance with company policies.
- Help maintain an organized inventory, staging, and storage area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry.
- Ability to lift and move packages and equipment (with appropriate safety precautions).
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Interest in technology or logistics is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in high school.
