The Role and Impact
Join Intel as a DevOps Software Engineering Undergraduate Intern and play a pivotal role in supporting Engineering Computing infrastructure and platforms. This opportunity allows you to contribute to server support, automation, monitoring, and deployment workflows, working alongside experienced IT professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, helping to streamline support methods, development and release processes to improve reliability and scalability. Your contributions will directly support Intel's mission to innovate and lead in the technology industry while building the foundation for a successful career in Infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to the setup and optimization of Intel's design environment.
- Assist in automation of tasks, CI/CD practices, and deployment workflows to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Engage in troubleshooting, server capacity planning, and monitoring to maintain system stability.
- Participate in scripting and source control management to streamline operational tasks.
- Provide ticket support and resolve technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Gain exposure to Windows Server infrastructure and related system administration tasks.
- Explore projects that align with Intel business goals, applying your knowledge to real-world challenges.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $69,800.00-94,500.00 USD (Hourly Role)
