Note: Hybrid Position (Minimum 3 weekdays - Onsite per Week) Position Details: Position: Process Design Consultant Industry: Banking / Financial Services Job Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion) Location: Chandler, AZ 85224 (Hybrid โ€“ Minimum 3 weekdays Onsite) Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday (Business Hours) Pay Range: $85-88/hour Interview Process: Video Interview followed by In-Person Interview Project Scope / Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Design, build, and continuously improve IT infrastructure processes. Develop efficient, control-aligned, and outcome-focused workflows. Create process documentation, activity-level workflows, and operational standards. Embed risk controls into business processes to minimize operational risk. Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and health. Partner with Engineering, Delivery, and Risk teams to improve operational efficiency. Analyze complex workflows and recommend process improvements. Support governance initiatives and drive adoption of standardized processes. Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: Experience in Process Engineering / Process Improvement. Experience with process mapping and workflow design. Knowledge of governance, controls, and risk management. Ability to decompose and optimize complex business processes. Nice to Have Skills / Experience: IT Infrastructure or Technology Operations experience. Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or Continuous Improvement experience. Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and process metrics. Systems thinking and end-to-end process design experience.
