We are seeking additional candidates for review. Key Profile We're Seeking: Prior Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience strongly preferred, or experience supporting the recruiting process (interview scheduling, candidate coordination, background checks, onboarding, HR support, or recruiting). Ability to provide a white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience with excellent customer service and communication. Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through. Able to manage multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities with professionalism and urgency. Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. We're looking for someone who can serve as the face of the recruiting process and create a seamless experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters alike.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position supports the talent acquisition and attraction functions by coordinating a white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams, assisting with providing a seamless hiring process. Coordinates all pre-employment processes and bridging the gap between hiring and onboarding new associates.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provides a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams.
  • Partners with key team members to ensure proper interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Coordinates all pre-employment activities for candidates: Launches and monitors pre-employment background check and drug screening processes, processes new hires in ATS (Workday), initiates I-9 processes, and partners with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed.
  • Serves as the connection between the talent and onboarding/culture teams, ensuring we provide a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Keeps team documents and resources organized and up to date.
  • Prepares and maintains hiring manager and applicant related correspondence.
  • Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years human recourses experience or bachelor s degree in lieu of experience.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Workday experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

Associate's degree.
