Role Summary
A Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, business partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation.
  • Track project progress, communicate updates, risks, issues, and action items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, project communications, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
  • Assist with business case development, requirements review, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
  • Support project governance processes and ensure adherence to departmental standards.
  • Manage administrative activities related to projects, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Monitor project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Support the coordination of small to medium-sized projects in the absence of a Project Manager.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to aid in project planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of project coordination, planning, or advanced administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and project documentation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe tools.
  • CAPM certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional project environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to support business operations, process improvement, or organizational initiatives.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 - $46.00 Hourly 

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
