Inventory Control Manager

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Manager provides leadership and oversight of inventory performance across the network, ensuring accuracy, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall inventory accuracy and integrity across the network.
  • Lead inventory controls, cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor KPIs, trends, and inventory performance and drive corrective actions.
  • Oversee building capacity, inventory placement, and space utilization, proactively recommending adjustments to optimize inventory flow and support changing operational needs.
  • Standardize inventory processes and expectations across assigned sites.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Operations, support teams, and customers to resolve inventory concerns.
  • Provide clear and proactive inventory reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability and sustainable inventory performance.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant inventory control, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical reasoning.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear and effective communication across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.Experience working with inventory/WMS systems.
  • Multi-site or network-level experience preferred.
