Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% and is based out of the Sun Prairie, WI office location.
The contributions you will make: This position plans, develops, tests, implements, and supports all activities related to Salesforce development and integration into our business systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that technology projects not only meet business requirements but also deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive organizational success. Your expertise will be essential in customizing Salesforce applications, optimizing system performance, and resolving complex issues.
A typical day:
Salesforce Development, Integration, and Support:
  • Develops, implements, and supports Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Writes high-quality, scalable code in Apex and creates dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
  • Performs code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
  • Executes technical specifications for new processes or enhancements.
  • Monitors Salesforce applications and seeks opportunities to improve availability, quality, and performance.
  • Provides technical solutions and recommendations for system issues, enhancements, and business requests.

Software Testing:
  • Develops and executes written test plans for Salesforce solutions.
  • Tests custom applications and integrations to ensure functionality and interoperability.
  • Identifies and resolves issues in application logic, addressing bugs and defects efficiently.

Process Development:
  • Designs process flows and technical specifications for customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Creates and refines standards and processes to improve project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with organizational needs.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex programming, building Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Demonstrated full-stack development experience with working knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MS SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and best practices for application development.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and design efficient solutions.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet established deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player who fosters relationships across departments and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
