Process Engineer Aseptic (115 180K)Due to continued growth and expansion, we have multiple Process Engineer openings available.These are 1st shift, direct hire opportunities offering highly competitive compensation and excellent benefits.OVERVIEW: Modern, clean, highly automated manufacturing environment. Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing and aseptic processing systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Process Improvement: Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, yield, and throughput. Analyze production data and lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Manufacturing & Operations Support: Support and optimize aseptic manufacturing processes and equipment. Assist with process validation, startups, and process modifications. Maintain process documentation and engineering records.Automation & Controls: Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and process control systems. Assist with automation upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities.Capital Projects: Support equipment installations, facility expansion projects, and process improvements. Participate in equipment startups, commissioning, and validation efforts.Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate process risks impacting product quality and operational performance.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or related discipline). 3-7+ years of process engineering experience within manufacturing environments. Experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, or other aseptic manufacturing environments. Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations. Exposure to automation, process controls, PLCs, instrumentation, or SCADA systems is highly desirable.LOCATION: The Finger Lakes region offers a lifestyle that blends natural beauty with everyday livability.
