Job description

Role Overview:
This role focuses on the operational services and routine infrastructure maintenance for Blue Prism Control Room and Power Platform environments. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring, incident response, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and ensuring BOTs run as expected across these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day operations encompassing monitoring, incident management, and minor enhancements across the Blue Prism and Power Platform environments.
  • Continuous monitoring of the Blue Prism Control Room, queue health, Power Platform flow runs, and connector status.
  • Proactive identification and escalation of exceptions, failures, and degraded performance; shift-handover logs maintained.
  • First-line triage and root-cause analysis of bot failures and application errors; bug fixes within agreed complexity thresholds.
  • Low-complexity configuration changes to existing Blue Prism processes, credential and queue updates, and Power Platform minor workflow adjustments.
  • Scheduled reboots of Blue Prism application and runtime servers.
  • Ensuring patching is applied correctly.
  • Blue Prism standard maintenance tasks per the recommended maintenance schedule.
