The processor uses decisive measurements to determine the next steps for items under review within the time restraints for production requirements. The Villa Rica retail store is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Retail Associate - Processor.
Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc.'s Retail Associate - Processor responsibilities:
  • Processes and sorts donated goods quickly and accurately.
  • Stocks store shelves in a neat, orderly manner.
  • Rotates merchandise on a color-coded system.
  • Identifies quality donations. Ensures donations are priced, processed, and transported to the sales floor promptly.
  • Achieves production goals and outcomes based on quality and quantity of donations.
  • Works other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

You will be hired as a Retail Associate - Processor; however, you will be cross-trained and expected to learn and work all areas of the retail operation.
Part-time position averages 20-25 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate based on business needs (e.g., seasonal changes, donation volumes). Operating days will vary by store location. The Retail Associate - Processor must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); preferred.
  • Average math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment; preferred.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
