Job description

Job Description Klopp Richards & Associates are seeking 3+ year Estate Litigation Associates to work with our highly-regarded clients in Calgary. Ideal candidates must be able to practice law in Alberta, have at least 3 years' experience in direct estate litigation practice and strong written and oral advocacy skills. We seek counsel with a keen interest in litigating Wills and Estates' disputes, an aptitude to conduct intensive research, careful analysis, and strategic drafting of pleadings, motions, and other documents.

We value someone who is just as comfortable using ADR processes as they are heading to Court in the best interests of their clients. A portable book of business is strongly preferred, but not required. Please reach out to Krista at ksloan@klopprichards.com with your expression of interest.
