Job description

Position Description:
This is a multi-faceted position that serves a key role for SynQor's Quality and Reliability Team to provide coordination, management, and ownership of several processes and tasks within the Quality and Reliability Department. As SynQor is a Team-based and Process-centered Organization, you will also provide support to other members within the Quality & Reliability Team to perform both routine activities, as well as short and long-term assignments and projects. This position has the flexibility to grow with the capabilities and interests of the individual.
Responsibilities include:
  • Project Manager for SynQor's Product Qualification and Product Safety Testing Program
  • Ownership and Management of SynQor's Equipment Calibration Program
  • Provide Support for SynQor's Documentation and Configuration Management Process
  • Assist Quality & Reliability Engineering with data analysis and report generation
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and effectively communicate project status. They will be detail oriented, possess strong organizational abilities, have good verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability and drive to take ownership for all processes under their areas of responsibility.
Education:
  • High School Graduate or GED desired.
Experience:
  • Project Management, Technical Writing, Data Analysis, Documentation Control and Configuration Management experience a plus. Will train the appropriate candidate to specific tasks and assignments as required.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Basic Math, Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), MS Excel including Charting, Pivot Report, formula functions; Demonstrated ability to handle self-managed, multi-task assignments.
