About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, recruiting support, benefits administration, and HR systems management.

Job Description:

The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for employees and management by assisting with a broad range of human resources activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering excellent internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data within HR systems and databases.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including new hire onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation related to promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, and organizational updates.
  • Assist with benefits administration and act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding benefit programs.
  • Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content to support compliance efforts.
  • Conduct routine audits of personnel files and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate employment verifications and other employment-related requests.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general workplace questions.
  • Partner with recruiting efforts by posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and escalate complex issues as appropriate.

  • Coordinate exit interview processes and maintain separation documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required; must be comfortable providing verbal and written communication in both languages.
