Qualifications:  Minnesota Department of Education license in Secondary Counseling

Summary of Duties:  

  • Assist students with career development activities.
  • Understand how to assist students with mental health.
  • Counsel students in groups or individually.
  • Commitment to the high school philosophy, including working on and with a team of counselors through our PLC process.
  • Assist in scheduling and monitoring of student schedules.
  • Make connections with students and staff.
  • Proven skill in forming, building, and maintaining positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
