Responsibilities:
• The Product Performance Management Specialist partners across product disciplines, assists in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance
• Works on the ongoing performance and maintenance of Digital of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and processes
• Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the monitoring of Digital Strategy Execution pulling data and material from multiple sources, and summarizing all in effective presentations
• Requires very good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic data/material from multiple sources
• Implements performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on client experience, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, and internal processes analyses
• Assists Digital Head, Latam Product Team, TTS Heads, Market Managers and Sales in building a strong Digital Product Offering for our clients
• Manages ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, control and processes
• Prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and support the approval related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all parameters globally
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, legal, implementations, and sales to deliver solutions for clients
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding , its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
• Deep understanding of Digital Ecosystems and trends that may impact TTS
• In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to monitor Digital Strategy execution and solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
• Developed diplomacy/communication skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
• Highly skilled to develop presentations
• Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations
• Fluent in Spanish and English
Education:
• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master degree preferred
