Job description

Summary:

The Advisor Success Associate serves as a trusted resource for financial advisors by providing outstanding service, operational support, and guidance on GVA's products, services, and processes. This role helps advisors navigate day-to-day business needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maximize the value of GVA's platform.


Essential Job Functions

•    Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors and their staff. 
•    Respond to advisor inquiries regarding operations, technology, products, and firm resources. 
•    Build strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. 
•    Coordinate with internal departments to resolve advisor issues. 
•    Assist advisors with onboarding, transitions, and business growth initiatives. 
•    Educate advisors on available tools, technology, and support resources. 
•    Track advisor requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. 
•    Identify opportunities to improve the advisor experience and operational efficiency. 
•    Assist with advisor meetings, webinars, and training events. 
•    Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM systems. 
•    Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications, Experience, and Education

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    2+ years of experience in financial services, client service, relationship management, or a advisor support.
