Our high-volume Service Department is seeking EXPERIENCED Dealership Service Advisors, with high CSI, to guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, provide exceptional customer service, promote 'specials', assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues and more. Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience and High CSI is required.

Responsibilities - Experienced Dealership Service Advisor:

  • Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance, greet customers when they arrive, offer additional services and special promotions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work. ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth within our service department
  • Maintain high CSI scores

 


Requirements - Experienced Dealership Service Advisor:

  • Required: Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience
    and high CSI
  • Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Dependable, pleasant, energetic, and conscientious
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
