As a Vending Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers' operations running smoothly. From installing and maintaining advanced vending systems to training customers and troubleshooting issues, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring seamless service and support.

Experience and Skills
What You'll Do
As a Vending Support Specialist, you'll be the hands-on expert who installs, maintains, and supports industrial vending machines and inventory systems at customer sites.
In this role, you will:
  • Install and set up vending systems at customer locations
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
  • Train customer teams on system operation and inventory best practices
  • Conduct cycle counts, restocking, and basic machine calibration
  • Maintain accurate customer and product information in our database
  • Partner with sales and inventory teams to resolve on-site issues quickly
What You Bring
  • Field service or hands-on mechanical experience (preferred: industrial, vending, or warehouse automation)
