You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance. Responsibilities 
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs ( plumbing fixtures, electrical, lighting, doors, drywall, etc. )
  • Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
  • Maintain grounds, common areas and buildings
  • Ensure work complies with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
