Join our Team. Small Law Firm is looking for a special person who desires to use their legal skills to provide clients with high quality, personalized Estate Planning and Elder Care services in a caring,
professional manner. Family is important to our clients and providing peace of
mind is our goal.
All facets of position involve helping a growing Estate Planning and Elder Law firm design a path to systematizing growth and profitability. Must submit resume, references, and salary history and requirements in order to be considered for the position.
Job Description
Primary duties include:
Conducting conferences with clients in regard to the
following areas:

• Education of clients as to their estate planning documents; Heading client signing meetings; Heading client meetings as to the funding of their financial assets to their plan.
• Ability to assist family members to gather, organize, administer and distribute assets of the deceased. May include probate.
• Guardianship and conservatorship knowledge helpful.
Utilizing already proven Drafting Software to produce quality Legal Documents.
