Job description

  • Generate sales through proactive sales pursuits of new hospital customers
  • Account management and enforcement of contract compliance within existing hospital customers
  • Contact medical facilities’ decision-makers and staff via phone and video for sales functions
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, including daily goals for outbound sales calls
  • Create new leads through active prospecting (cold calling, cold email, social selling, networking)
  • Document sales activities and quotes through Salesforce.com
Requirements
  • High School degree required; advanced education preferred, specifically in Business, Marketing, or related-field
  • Prior Sales experience required; B2B and/or within healthcare settings preferred
  • Prior experience selling capital equipment and/or medical devices/instruments preferred
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and other related tools
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 15%.
