  • Strong security domain context, including an understanding of the attacker lifecycle, application security concepts, and hands‑on experience developing or integrating security tooling.
  • A pragmatic, curious, and collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and independently identify high‑value engineering solutions.

Bonus Points

  • Background in developer productivity, security automation, or toil‑reduction initiatives.
  • Deep Application Security (AppSec) experience, bug bounty participation, or CTF competition experience.
  • Advanced Kubernetes experience or a track record of building enterprise security platforms at scale.

What We Offer
  • Challenging, high‑impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance‑driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Best‑in‑class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Lifestyle wallet — a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
