Job description

Civiltec Engineering, Inc. is home to a dynamic crew of engineering professionals, and we are looking for an engineer that is diversified in their skills. The Senior Staff Engineer will be a high-quality technical contributor and technical lead supporting hydraulic modeling, planning studies, and infrastructure analysis for water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
Some major responsibilities include:
  • Develop and calibrate hydraulic models (InfoWater Pro, InfoSewer, Water Gems) with minimal help from PM or PE
  • Analyze system capacity, pressure zones, and flow patterns for water distribution and wastewater collection systems
  • Support planning studies, master plans, and capital improvement programs
  • Prepare tech memos and exhibits for clients

  • Preferred candidates will have advanced experience in hydraulic modeling (preferred InfoWater Pro) and strong GIS and data analysis skills using ArcGIS Pro
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • EIT certification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time work experience
  • Goal oriented with strong skills in problem solving, creativity, and attention to detail
