SHIPPING & RECEIVING COORDINATOR

EARN $18-$22/HR DOE | MONDAY-FRIDAY | NO WEEKENDS!

North Edmond, OK

LOOKING FOR A SHIPPING & RECEIVING PRO WHO KNOWS HOW TO KEEP THINGS MOVING?

We're not looking for someone who just punches a clock. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations while helping keep a growing company running smoothly.

If you have experience with Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, and Odoo ERP Software, this is your chance to join a team that values reliability, accuracy, and initiative.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy

Prepare and process outgoing orders and freight shipments

Maintain inventory records and transaction accuracy in Odoo ERP

Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments

Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations

Ensure all products are properly labeled, packaged, and documented

Keep warehouse and storage areas organized and efficient

Help identify and solve inventory discrepancies before they become problems


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

✔ Previous Shipping & Receiving experience

✔ Experience using Odoo ERP Software strongly preferred

✔ Strong computer and data entry skills

✔ Ability to manage inventory with a high level of accuracy

✔ Experience with packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documentation

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day

✔ Someone who takes pride in getting things done right the first time
