Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Pool Technician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional pool and spa equipment repair/install or commercial plumbing experience, with strong technical skills and a dedication to outstanding customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a respected and growing company where your expertise and initiative will be valued and rewarded.
As a Senior Pool Technician, you will perform maintenance, repair, and installation of residential and commercial pool and spa systems. You’ll work independently in the field, diagnosing issues, ensuring water quality, and providing solutions that align with Swim Pro’s high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools, spas, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and plumbing.
  • Conduct water testing and apply appropriate chemical treatments to maintain water balance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service performed, recommendations, and maintenance tips.
  • Maintain accurate records of services completed and materials used.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and company standards.
  • Represent Swim Pro’s professionalism and commitment to integrity in all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in pool and spa service, maintenance, repair or commercial plumbing. 
  • Strong understanding of pool systems, hydraulics, and water chemistry.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Certification (CPO, CPT, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
