About Us

Amcare Pro Home Health is a rapidly growing home health agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Home Health Marketer / Sales Liaison to expand our presence in the Denton market and surrounding communities.
Position Summary

The Sales Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships within assigned territory (Denton and surrounding areas)
  • Generate qualified home health admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic)
  • Conduct daily field visits to physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
  • Track and manage all activities through CRM (daily call logs required)
  • Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
  • Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and performance goals
  • Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
