Work Environment

As a full-time Senior Physical Therapist at our outpatient office, you will work within a collaborative and dynamic team environment from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM. We ensure that our therapists have the latest tools and resources at their disposal, creating an atmosphere conducive to professional growth and patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of clinical and administrative tasks:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of newly referred patients to develop personalized physical therapy intervention plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes, ensuring each patient receives the most effective therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize our electronic medical record system to complete mandatory documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and comprehensive care plans in a timely fashion.
• Educate patients and their families about their treatment regimen, home exercises, and coping strategies to manage injuries or conditions.
• Regularly participate in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on patient care and provide holistic treatment strategies for clients receiving multiple services.
• Foster a supportive clinic culture that prioritizes patient well-being while achieving operational goals and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, including children, adults, and seniors from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

To be considered for this vital role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license from the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of California.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a willingness to engage with patients in both face-to-face and telehealth settings when appropriate.

Preferred Experience
