PRN Nurse - Day/Night Shifts
Location: Flagstaff, AZ | Schedule: 12-hour PRN shifts (Day 6:00am-6:30pm, Night 6:30pm-6:00am) | 40 hours/week not guaranteed
Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders within scope of license (includes wound care, tracheostomy, gastrostomy, catheter care, and more).
  • Observe, document, and report resident condition and treatment effectiveness.
  • Complete nursing assessments, care plans, and MDS documentation.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and the care team.
  • Participate in shift reports, staff meetings, and QAPI initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of geriatric nursing and team nursing practices.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond to medical issues and emergencies professionally.
