Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), medication administration systems, and common clinical equipment is crucial. Excellent adaptability, communication, and time-management skills help PRN RNs adjust quickly to new settings and work effectively with different teams. These competencies ensure safe, high-quality patient care even in variable or fast-changing environments.
