UVA Community Health is seeking to employ an PRN Inpatient Hospitalist NP or PA to join our rapidly growing provider team at Prince William Medical Center. Responsibilities include:
Visiting bedside and answering questions
Ordering tests, medications and treatments
Communicating with patients, their families and their primary care physician on condition and care
Consulting with additional specialists, as needed
Providing discharge instructions about further care, medication and follow-up
Sending a hospital care summary to your primary care physician
The base compensation range for this role is an hourly rate of $125.00 for PRN status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
