Job description

Job Title: Oracle CPQ & PRM Solution Architect (Redwood UI)
Engagement Type: Contract (C2C)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite / Hybrid)


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Oracle CPQ & PRM Solution Architect with proven expertise in full lifecycle implementations, Redwood UI, and enterprise integrations. This role requires a strong architectural mindset combined with hands-on technical capability in Oracle CPQ and Oracle PRM.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-performance implementations aligned with enterprise standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Oracle CPQ and PRM solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in BML scripting and Groovy scripting for advanced customization.
  • Architect and oversee enterprise integrations with CRM, ERP, and CAD/CAM systems.
  • Drive Redwood UI implementation and modernization initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless solution deployment.
  • Enforce best practices in solution governance, performance optimization, and scalability.

Candidate Must Have Skills:

A strategic, hands-on Oracle CPQ & PRM Architect who combines:

  • Technical depth (BML, Groovy, Redwood UI)
  • Enterprise integration experience
  • Architectural leadership
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills


Mandatory Qualifications (Must Have)

  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle CPQ & PRM as a Solution Architect.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Redwood UI (recent project experience required).
  • Deep technical proficiency in:
    • BML Scripting (Business Markup Language)
    • Groovy Scripting
    • Advanced CPQ configuration and rule development
  • Proven experience integrating CPQ with:
    • CRM platforms
    • ERP systems
    • CAD/CAM applications
  • 10–15+ years of overall IT experience (Senior-level profile preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Design Patterns.
  • Experience designing intuitive and modern user interfaces using Redwood UI standards.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Project Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex, cross-functional project environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
