We are seeking individuals who can communicate effectively, follow directions, maintain professionalism, and help create safe and secure environments for our clients.

Our mission is to provide reliable security coverage through proactive patrols, excellent communication, accurate reporting, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

We take pride in building a team of officers who are dependable, observant, respectful, and dedicated to serving others while maintaining safety and order.

Position Details

Location: Decatur, GA 30034

Pay Rate: Starting at $11.00 per hour

Open Positions: 7 Immediate Openings

Schedule & Availability

• Sundays are mandatory

• Sunday shifts typically occur between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM

• Additional shifts available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM

• Seasonal and special event opportunities available through November

• Additional hours may be available based on client needs and event schedules

• Potential for continued employment based on performance and company needs

What You'll Do

As a Private Security Officer, you will help maintain safety, security, and order at assigned locations by:

• Conducting proactive patrols of assigned areas

• Monitoring activity and identifying potential safety concerns

• Providing a visible and professional security presence

• Writing detailed, accurate, and professional reports

• Communicating effectively with supervisors, staff, clients, and visitors

• Following company policies, procedures, and chain of command

• Assisting with traffic control and crowd management when necessary

• Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including placing and removing traffic cones, barricades, and safety equipment

• Responding professionally to incidents and documenting all relevant information

We are seeking individuals who are dependable, professional, and ready to work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to write clear, accurate, and professional reports

• Basic computer, smartphone, and technology proficiency required

• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and chain of command

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations

• Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods, walking patrols, and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to assist with event setup and breakdown duties

• Bilingual candidates (especially English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply

• Security experience is preferred but not required
