Job description

Become a full-time Flex Unarmed Security Officer with E.K.G Security, Inc. to help us protect and serve the Atlanta Metro, GA area! We're hiring diligent officers to monitor Class A office buildings for clients and keep unauthorized parties off the property.

This is an excellent opportunity for retired law enforcement and military veterans!

FLEX UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing fixed and roving patrol security for Class A office buildings
  • Using computers to monitor the property and complete detailed activity reports
  • Immediately responding to calls and critical situations
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to clients and fully enforcing their rules, procedures, and standards

  • 18+ years old
  • 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experience
  • Ability to work any day at any time
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities and religious beliefs)
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods of time (occasionally 8+ hours)
  • Ability to pass state-required training and meet licensing requirements
  • Ability to complete crisis prevention training and other site-specific training
  • Ability to operate radios, phones, and console monitors
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
