Job description

Position Overview:
Seeking professional and dependable security personnel to support operations at a high-profile private corporate campus and associated properties in Bentonville Arkansas. Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through proactive monitoring, access control, patrol operations, and emergency response coordination. This is a 24/7 operation requiring continuous staffing coverage; applicants must be willing to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Full time and part time positions available.
Security Operations Center (SOC) Responsibilities
  • Monitor a large-scale camera surveillance system covering multiple facilities and properties
  • Verify and authorize vendors, contractors, guests, and deliveries entering secured areas
  • Coordinate and communicate emergency response efforts during incidents, alarms, and inclement weather
  • Monitor intrusion detection and residential alarm systems
  • Maintain detailed incident reports, logs, and communication records
  • Provide real-time situational awareness and support for on-site security personnel

Patrol Officer Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine patrols of corporate and residential properties
  • Inspect access control points, gates, fencing, and perimeter security measures
  • Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, emergencies, and service calls
  • Monitor interior/exterior properties and ensure facilities remain secure and free of unauthorized access
