Euphoria Edge Health Clinic is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to become a valuable member of our dynamic School Mental Health Team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing essential mental health services tailored to the unique needs of students in our private school setting. This full-time position is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility while actively engaging with students in the school environment. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening hours and rotating weekend shifts as needed to provide comprehensive coverage. On-call availability may also be required to respond to urgent mental health situations, ensuring that students receive timely assistance when they need it most.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, taking into account their personal history and presenting concerns to identify their unique mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with students, focusing on mental health issues, personal growth, and enhancing their integration into the academic community.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to provide effective support for a diverse range of mental health concerns.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional regulation, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth among students.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners to coordinate care plans and share insights that enhance the holistic treatment of students.
• Provide immediate crisis interventions using de-escalation techniques and ensure appropriate referrals for more intensive care when necessary.
• Deliver psychoeducation and resources to students and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community support services.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to promote knowledge sharing and collaborative practices.
• Remain informed about current laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines guiding mental health practice within educational environments.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds within our educational institution. You will address a wide variety of mental health challenges, promoting emotional resilience and supporting academic success for each child you work with. By creating a supportive environment, you will equip students with the tools they need to thrive, both academically and personally.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in either a mental health or educational setting.
• An in-depth understanding of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and a commitment to implementing trauma-informed practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments, diagnosing conditions, and devising suitable treatment strategies.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy using a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet students' needs.
• Strong crisis intervention abilities and a decision-making capacity that supports stability during high-stress situations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with students, families, and colleagues from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and overall computer proficiency to accurately document and track student progress.

• Experience working with youth in educational settings, particularly in private school environments.
• Knowledge of community resources and a network of contacts that can aid in providing supportive services to students and families.
• Track record of strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student care.
