Description: Private Music Lessons Instructor, Part Time
Salary: This is an hourly-paid position, range of $32.25 to $40.31 per hour
Position Available: IVCC is seeking one or more Music Instructors to conduct weekly individual Private Music Lessons in Guitar, Violin, or other musical instruments beginning August 2026. Lessons will be conducted at the IVCC Main Campus in Oglesby, IL. Meeting times will be individually arranged between the instructor and the student. Instructors will conduct 16 weekly lessons and prepare students for a public solo performance at the end of the semester.
Qualifications: Instructors are required to have a Master's degree in Music or Music Education, OR a Bachelor's degree in Music or Music Education with significant experience in music education, band conducting, or instrumental performance.
Working Conditions: Music Studio Classroom/Office Environment
