Full-Time Private Driver & Family Assistant

Position: Full-Time Private Driver & Family Assistant
Primary Location: Los Angeles, California
Travel: Frequent travel to New York, Palm Beach, and other family residences as needed
Schedule: Full-Time (Flexibility Required)
Compensation: Starting at $90,000+ annually, depending on experience, plus benefits
Housing: Private off-property accommodations will be provided while traveling

About the Position

An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family based in Los Angeles is seeking a polished, dependable, and highly organized Private Driver & Family Assistant to become a long-term member of their household staff. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is happy to assist wherever needed throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is a professional driver with excellent judgment, outstanding time management skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset. In addition to providing safe and reliable transportation, this individual will assist with errands, household support, and day-to-day logistics to help ensure the family's homes run smoothly.

This position requires frequent travel between the family's residences, including homes in New York, Palm Beach, and other locations. Private accommodations will always be provided during travel.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport family members to appointments, meetings, social events, airports, and other destinations.
  • Maintain flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and last-minute requests.
  • Run daily errands, including shopping, dry cleaning, package pickups, returns, banking, post office visits, and other personal tasks.
  • Assist with household projects and general day-to-day support as requested.
  • Help coordinate deliveries, vendors, and service appointments.
  • Maintain family vehicles by ensuring they are clean, fueled, serviced, and in excellent condition.
  • Assist with packing, luggage, and transportation during travel.
  • Support household staff as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Anticipate the family's needs and proactively complete tasks with minimal direction.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Travel Requirements

The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently between the family's residences, including:

  • Los Angeles, California
  • New York
  • Palm Beach, Florida
  • Additional domestic and occasional international destinations as needed

Private off-property accommodations will always be provided while traveling.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a private driver, family assistant, estate assistant, executive chauffeur, or in a similar private service role.
  • Experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth families is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced household.
  • Comfortable handling a wide variety of personal and household errands.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills.
  • College degree is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain complete discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Trial Period

Candidates must be available to complete a paid 12 week working trial to ensure a strong mutual fit before a permanent offer is extended.
