Job description

Location: Sonoma County / Healdsburg, CA.
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base salary.

Michelin-starred Fine Dining Restaurant seeks an Events Chef to lead private dining and off-site culinary events.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in Michelin-starred, serious fine dining, or highly refined restaurant environments.
  • 2+ years of culinary management experience in fine dining or upscale dining.
  • Experience with private dining, luxury events, off-site culinary experiences, or tasting menus.
  • Ability and willingness to complete a 2–3 day paid stage or working interview.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead culinary execution for on-site events, off-site events, private dining, buyouts, and activations.
  • Partner with culinary leadership and event teams on menus, prep, timing, staffing, and service standards.
  • Support the main kitchen with prep, service, production, and operations when events are not active.
  • Maintain Michelin-starred standards for quality, precision, organization, safety, and teamwork.
