What youll do at Level:

  • Manage Draws and Inspections and keep them within the required Service Level Agreement
  • Monitor team email boxes
  • Obtains and review documentation from builders as applicable to specific draw requests
  • Request inspections from various vendors
  • Make risk-based decisions from reviewing property inspections and documents
  • Adhere to draw guidelines set forth by Level Capital and investors
  • Coordinate all documentation, wires, and issues on draws to stakeholders
  • Communicate policies and procedures with borrowers, inspectors, internal Level staff and investors
  • Coordinate with Servicing on monthly payments, due dates of insurance policies and matters pertaining to loans in flood zones where draws are involved
