We are currently seeking a bright, focused Bartender to lead our beverage program on the floor. What You'll Do:
  • Elevated Mixology: Mix, garnish, and serve premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, showcasing a deep knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings.
  • Member Engagement: Interact directly with members and guests, assessing their preferences, making expert menu recommendations, and nurturing a world-class bar experience.
  • Bar Operations: Plan and present the bar menu, manage daily bar inventory, and restock supplies efficiently to ensure seamless shift execution.
  • Compliance & Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine, organized, and deeply clean bar environment. Strictly check identifications to meet legal drinking ages and enforce total compliance with all local, state, federal, and IGC liquor regulations.

What You Bring:
  • The Background: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated bartending experience within an upscale casual restaurant, fine dining establishment, luxury hotel, or private club.
